Hofbogen B.V.

Following the purchase of the 1.9 km long viaduct Hofplein, Hofbogen BV was founded in 2006 by housing associations Vestia and Havensteder (formerly known as Com·live, PWS). The purpose of this joint purchase is the redevelopment of the former railway viaduct into an attractive residential area in Rotterdam North. In 2009 Hofbogen BV started the renovation of the first seven areas of the statemonument Hofplein Station which exists out of several arches. In 2014, another 10 arches were renovated. From 2006 to 2012 project management were lead by Simone Rock and Anushka Pronkhorst (Crimson Architectural Historians). In April 2012, project management was taken over by Marije Faber (Vestia).
