Over the railway tracks

After a long period working behind the scenes on the legal and licensing aspects of the bridge, the construction has resumed. An exciting moment as the bridge is hoisted over the railway track. This is only possible due to a gap in the rail schedule, which occurs once every ten years. During the night of the 2 – 3 November in 2013, the Royal BAM took 5 hours to place the bridge sections over the railway track.
