Railway crossing

It took some time before the power was cut and the railway was safe for construction but in the end everything worked out! The wooden sections of the Luchtsingel have been placed in the early morning of November 3rd. Phase 5 of the Luchtsingel is now completed and the north of Rotterdam and the city center are re-connected.
